Question: dietary question; Is there 'really' a health benefit to drinking apple cider vinegar ( 2 tablespoons) in your hot drink in the morning. ??? been reading toooo much on line. lol

I read your question and i understand your concern. Apple cider vinegar is a good dietary supplement. Some of the benefits are proven most are not but still dietitians recommend it and there is no harm in taking it. Weight, blood glucose, gastric discomfort etc are proven uses. Diluting one or two tablespoon in morning is fine once or twice a day. Dont use too much, too concentrated as it could harm tooth enamel esophagus. Rest assured, its use wont do harm provided taken in recommended doses as you already use. But remember, nothing alone helps, its a complete diet and lifestyle adjustments which make a difference eventually, no magic potion is available to do wonders.
