Brief Answer:
Mostly it will not cause any trouble.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic,

Adderall is a (amphetamine) drug and the drug cause excitation.

Taking the drug would not cause any risk to spinal injection but here I would like to know which injection you are going to take and for what?

If patient is taking medicine on regular basis then no need to stop the drug and of use is irregular then the medicine should be stopped before any spinal injection or any surgery.

Here if you have already taken it then no need to worry but disclose to your doctor that you have taken the drug doses.

Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again.
