Question: Hi,
i jus want to know the efects of severe depression.From the last one 2 or 3 years i have lost the interest in things and whenver i try to speak my mind seems tired ,dont want to think and forget so easily .kindly sugest some advice.
Whenever anybody asks me any questions i get panic and i try to convince him but not able to convince him .i am realy in tension regarding this matter.sometimes i feel i am not able to think as compared to other smart people.why i am not able to think as i used to think fast .
