Brief Answer:
It shows features of cervical spondolytis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query,

I have gone through the re[port attached. It shows features of cervical spondolytis. The arrow on the xray film are osteophytes. These are due to degenarative changes in spine.

For this you have to correct posture while sitting. Avoid pillows.
Do regular neck exercises under guidence of your physiotherapist. Avoid prolong sitting over computor. Take frequent breaks.
Doing hot fomentation and applying pain releiving gel will be helpful.
You can take pain killers and muscle rexant after discussing your doctor.

Hope this helps you.

Warm regards.

DR XXXXXXX THE X RAY MAY NOT BE CLEAR TO YOU ,AS PER MY FAMILY DR PHYSICIAN AND DISCUSSION WITH DR AT THE SPINE INSTITUTE XXXXXXX KUNJ ,THEY SAID THAT THE EXCERSICES AND PHYSIOTHREPY TREATMENT WILL NOT ALLOW CALCIUM DEPOSIT TO BUILT FURTHER .BUT IS THERE ANY WAY OF GETTING RID OF THE DEPOSITS.YOU MUST HAVE SEEN MY BLOOD TEST REPORT.FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I HAD A ACCIDENT IN 2009 AND AFTER THAT I HAD PAIN IN THE WAIST ALSO IF I PROLONG SITTING AND ALSO IF I TAKE SOFT CUSION I AM OK.WHILE WATCHING TV BY SLLEPING IN THE BED I USE TO HAVE WRONG POSTURE, IS THIS THE CAUSE OR THE ACCIDENT BY WHICH THERE MAY BE DISORDER IN THE SPINE.DURING ACCIDENT I WAS SITTING IN THE FRONT SEAT OF INOVA WITHOUT BELT AND MY NOSE GOT RUPTURED AND I HAVE PUT MY HAND ON THE FRONT GLASS OF THE CAR AND I ALSO HAVE PAIN IN SHOULDER AFTER I DRIVE MORE THEN 30 KM.

Brief Answer:
It could be calcium deposits.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It could be calcium deposits.
As people age, the ligaments of the spine may thicken and calcify (harden from deposits of calcium salts). Bones and joints may also enlarge- when surfaces of the bone begin to project out from the body, these projections are called osteophytes (bone spurs).
Injury to spine and bad posture both can accelerate the process.
With physiotherapy , exercises and lifestyle modification, progression of these process can be checked.
These calcium deposit forming bone spurs, if causing compression over nerve roots and if symptoms not relieved by conservative management, then surgery is recommended to remove these and take pressure of the nerves.

Warm regards.
