Brief Answer:
Some common signs

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
The most reliable early sign of pregnancy is the missed period if a woman has regular periods.
Fatigue, nausea, vomiting, frequent urination, and breast swelling & tenderness, food aversions, sensitivity to smells & shortness of breath are other commonly reported signs.
There are other physical changes in the vagina like its color and the softness of the cervix that an experienced clinician can identify find during a pelvic examination.
Hope this is the desired response.
