Brief answer....explained below
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The most commonly employed methods for castration are either surgical or chemical.
In practice no other form of castration is used although in few cases injection of alcohol or lactic acid or hydrogen peroxide has been used but since they are very painful and full of various complications, they have been practically discarded.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me or any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Hello,
I understand your problem and really feel sorry for what you are undergoing through.
However,as a doctor,I would like you to consult a doctor, get examined and investigated and finding the cause. Once the cause is found,it would be easier to tackle your pain. Till you consult your doctor you can safely take ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day to control your pain.
Thanks
