Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
There are several possible disorders that causes hypecalciemia and hypernatriemia. MOst common this is seen in hormonal disorders, such as diseases of adrenal glands, parathyroid or thyroid glands or hypophysis. Then also it can be sign of kidney hypofunction so these 2 are first thing to rule out. Also high calcium can be seen in some bone diseases such as osteoporosis. If values are just slightly elevate then it can be caused by diet too, so you should avoid food that contains sodium and calcium. Wish you good health. Regards
