It vastly increases stress hormones, these are harsh to the heart, blood pressure, and brain. Therefore methamphetamine causes stroke, heart attack, and vessel ruptures (aneurysms).

The problem on answering the question is that mostly people are found dead, and the death certificate says "Dead from drugs"
