What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Taking I-Pill?

Question: Hello doc,
I am a mother of a five month old baby and bf feeding her.my periods haven't returned yet.i had unprotected sex with my husband.and took an I-pill within an hour.is there any chance of pregnancy.should I take another pill after 12 hrs.please advice.

Really worried I am not ready to bear a second one now.

Following is my reply:

1) When you are breast feeding, the periods return after an about a year gap and is normal.

2) You dont need ipill at all as breast feeding itself is a contraception.

3) Dont worry about another pregancy now.

4) To be on safer side next time, get a copper T intrauterine device inserted for a good contraception.
