What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Intercourse With Punctured Condom?

Question: Hello doctor i have Phimosis problem and have been advised to undergo circumcision. But i am not willing for surgery right now.I am in hurry to get baby.So as an alternative to get baby, i want to have sex with condom punctured. So will this work out? i tried few times but after the act while taking out penis sperm used to flow out of vagina:(.

Next, after ejaculation can i keep my penis inside the vagina and stay still for few mins (say 15mins to 20mins or till penis becomes flaccid)? Will this cause any problem?

Next, every time while having unprotected sex shall we need to take bath so as keep our private parts fully clean and hygiene? Will urine drops leftover cause infection or any harm while it gets mixed with sperm? I may sound crazy but.....

Please suggest solution for all the above problems. i feel bad to try this method but not willing for surgery right now.

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. The condom has some spermicidal agents and kills sperms. Using it even punctured wont result in pregnancy.

2. Taking bath may not be really necessary before sex each time.

3. Left over sperms though some urine component wont cause infection.

4. If you dont want phimosis then better go for IUI or IVF.

Thanks a doctor. It means i have only one option circumcision. I dont want go for treatments like IUI or IVF since my problem is phimosis not with sperms or eggs.

How safe is Circumcision? Complications? side effects? After surgery, how many days bed rest will be needed?

Next about taking bath point, while we have unprotected sex if we don't take bath then urine droplets leftover in penis or vagina will be left out there itself. Becoz of this will my wife or myself get any infection? And due to this urine droplets sperm gets spoiled or infected? Will sperm fertilise the egg safely? Please clarify.

Hi

Circumcision is a relatively simple and small surgery done by any general surgeon.

It has rare minor complications like infection which is really rare.

You will rest for about 2 days after surgery.

After ejaculation sperms are deposited in vagina. Urine is not mixed with sperms. Hence it is not a problem.

Dont worry about circumcision. Go ahead and get it done.

Hi

Yes. You can keep penis inside vagina for about 2 to 3 minutes. By that time ejaculation is generally complete and penis becomes flaccid to great extent.

Keeping inside for 15 minutes may not be required as it serves no function and is cumbersome for you as well as the partner. No harm in keeping for that time though.
