Hello!

Welcome on -Ask a Doctor- service!

I understand your concern and would like to explain that you have only an unmodifiable risk factor for developing CAD and stroke; that is heredity.

Considering your age and the healthy conditions, It may be concluded that you have a low probability of developing coronary or cerebrovascular disease (less than 2% to 3% in the upcoming 10 years).

Anyway you need to continue following a healthy lifestyle and avoid potential coronary risk factors.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further questions, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Actually you are in the right way as you dont have modifyable coronary risk factors and we don't know if your mother had a hereditary risk factor too.

So, I don't think that you can consider this family history.

I would just recommend follow s healthy lifestyle and maintain normal blood pressure values.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr.Iliri
