What Are The Chances Of STD Transmission Through Oral Sex?

Question: Sir/madam

I am a 32 year old make , I recently visited a massage parlour.  She oiled my genital organ and perineum and then performed a hand job.  While doing that she touched and massaged the urethral orifice many times . During all these acts there was a towel over me and her hands were underneath the towel touching my genital organ and urethral orifice . I checked her hands later and there was no visible blood on her fingers.

My doubts are

1. By touching my pee hole is there any risk of me getting hiv

2. What if she had some vaginally secretions on her hand with which she touched  my urethral orifice.

3. I heard that on exposing to air hiv dies but her hand was under a towel touching me. Is there any possibility that the hiv if at all present on her fingers would not die just because her hand was under the towel without exposing to air.

4. Is there any case reported by this type of hand - genital contact.

5. Is touching the urethral orifice itself during massage , a risk for hiv.

6. I deeply regret for my act now. Couldn't sleep for the past 3 days,  even though I don't know the hiv status of that masseuse.

7. If there was any semen ( from previous massage ) if there was any vaginally secretions of hers on her fingers or if there was any minute cuts ( however no visible blood ) can cause hiv while she massaged my urethral orifice during hand job.

8. Please help with detailed answers .should I test for both hiv 1 and hiv 2. I belong to XXXXXXX

Please please please.

Should I need testing....

Brief Answer:
Your risk for HIV is almost 'nil'

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Body massaging and hand job are safest sexual acts and carry no risk for HIV/STD.
1. Touching the urethral orifice has no risk even if she is HIV positive woman.
2. Vaginal secretions touching the urethral orifice carries a negligible risk.
3. Whether it was under the towel or above the towel HIV would not present over fingers. It can not survive outside the body fluids not more than few seconds. We doctors, health care providers and other care providers in the family and in HIV children homes are handling such people daily. Nobody gets HIV in this way.
4. No case reported HIV transmission just by genital handling alone.
5. HIV transmission is facilitated by minute abrasions caused during penetration (anal and vaginal). Just touching or massaging has no risk.
6. There is nothing to repent or regret as massaging takes place word wide and daily for thousands of people. If HIV is transmitted through such massage no government will allow such things to happen as it would emerge a huge health hazard to their country.
7. Every woman will be conscious of their health. In between every massage they will wash their hands with soap and water or hand wash. So there is no chance for semen or vaginal fluids left over the fingers. Even if there was so, and if she had cuts in the fingers the HIV transmission risk is negligible only.
8. Nothing wrong in testing for HIV 1 and 2 and cleared yourself with a nonreactive result which will calm your mind. Otherwise even mild ailments in future like fever , head ache would be likely to be attributed with your past experience.
I hope that my answers had cleared all your doubts.
Have a nice day.
