What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission Through Non Penetrative Sex?

Question: I am a male and I recently visited a massage parlor, the guy first played with my nipples hard and then he started sucking for few minutes... I felt awkward and asked him to stop (I mean we did nothing more) when I came home I saw that surrounding my nipple... In the Areola region I had few very small cuts caused by his nails. After 2 days, I had visited a VD specialist and he said ... The risk is extremely rare and asked me to do HIV RNA Qualitative Real Time PCR ie After 48 hrs Post exposure ... The result was Negative .... But is it Reliable ? ... Is there any more test which can conclusively say my status ?? ..... I am extremely going through Anxiety .... Now its been 12 days since incident !

There is nil chance of HIV infection to you. In first incident sucking nipple hard never causes HIV. As saliva in oral cavity has inhibitors substance which prevents HIV transmission.

Secondly nail scratch never causes HIV as they are not present on nails or will not survive on nail for long period.

There is no need for test in above incident but if you won't to teat for your mental peace you can test it now.

If you want to test yourself, you can test your self now after 12 days period with PCR. This test can noe be considered significant. Test conducted after two days of exposure is not considered significant.

I went and gave the Test .... They said report will take 4 to 5 days .... I m very very scared about it .... I am already a High BP patient .... I dont how i will handle this situation !
