I have seen the pic closely it looks like allergy with infection most probably because of rubbing or friction with something rough.

In order to help you better , I would like you to give me some more information,

I will here by ask you some relevant questions to fill up the information gap.

1) Since when is it there?

2) Any pain or itch?

3) Any rubbing or hard clother you wore?

4) When did you had intercourse the last time?

5) Are these areas warm?

6) Any other medical conditions?

7) Used any new brand of condom or lube?

Waiting for your input

1) Since when is it there? it has come on gone now for about over a year with no identifiable pattern, other than intercourse being a common instigator.

2) Any pain or itch? slight pain when touched or pressure applied. Slight itch every so often(feels like a healing scab kind of itch)

3) Any rubbing or hard clother you wore? sex/masturbation with astroglide lube, been using whole life.

4) When did you had intercourse the last time? about 3 days ago, a random note on this, we had sex, after finishing this specific time I didn't WASH off, just wiped up with a towel and later in the evening the area seemed quite irritated and moist.

5) Are these areas warm? not sure on the warmth, as it feels pretty consistent as it does all the time.

6) Any other medical conditions? nope

7) Used any new brand of condom or lube? no condom use. Astroglide when necessary or masturbating.

After reading endless stuff on the web one possibility that reminds me of a time when we first began seeing other almost 3 years ago, she had an issue that neither of us recognized as an issue, but her vaginal fluids would really burn and irritate my penis and similar symptoms would occur immediately after insertion. Her gyno said nothing was wrong but I knew this wasn't soo. I eventually gave up seeing her as you can imagine it was too painful and difficult, eventually she saw another gyno later on and said she had a yeast infection, but for a long while she had zero symptoms.

We got back together a year later, began having sex again, and there were no issues at all unlike the year before. I've been with her NOW for 2 years and these symptoms began again about last January, but slightly different symptoms(similar burning and irritation), as the irritation would present itself right away. Perhaps she has a similar yeast infection but is not showing symptoms but it is affecting me.

We are holding off on all sex for the time being to rule out rough sex, or some form of allergies/irritation to bodily fluids.

I also am reluctant to go to a doctor for this as I have been to multiple already with no success.

Brief Answer:
This looks like inflammation..allergy mild infctn

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have seen tha picture and have read your response closely,

Well, they look and sound like allergic rashes.

She doesn't have yeast infection now so you don't have to worry, plus rarely does yeast infection occurs in healthy males.

Not cleaning the area after intercourse can be a cause but it does not cause problems in every one.

For some people their on semen irritates their genital skin as semen has penetrative enzymes in it.

Which can cause problems.

Then in some people penis skin is sensitive which can cause such issues.

In other people skin is sensitive to fluids of their partner but as you told things got well after problem for some time so i believe this possibility is remote.

I believe this can be treated easily by using gentamycin or polyfax cream and avoiding rubbing of penis skin.

SUGGESTIONS:
1)Dont panic.

2) Keep good hygiene.

3) Protect skin from rubbing.

4) Meet your GP and get gentamicin or polyfax prescribed and use it.

This thing is expected to settle in a week.

I hope this answered your question If you have more feel free to ask.

Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
