Brief Answer:
almost negligible chance

Detailed Answer:
Hello, In patients with regular cycles and on birth control if also uses protection while having sex have almost negligible chances of pregnancy.
Pills have failure rate of around 0.3% and when combined with condoms failure rates fall to less than 0.1% which is the lowest rate with any contraception.
Feel safe and enjoy your personal life.
Take care.
