Brief Answer:
The medicines will not affect baby's growth.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Your wife has just conceived. Taking antibiotic pills a week ago or an emergency pill more than two weeks ago will not affect the growth of the baby. The baby gets implanted in the uterus almost 2 weeks after conception. Till then the baby is not in contact with the maternal blood circulation. So you need not worry about the effect of medicines on the baby till then.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
