Question: We are trying to get pregnant from 5-6 months. And then we went to a doctor for regular check up. All test reports were normal except AMH-1.14, so i wanted to know what are the chances that i can get pregnant naturally and how much time do we have before we opt for an IVF or other procedure. We also did ultrasound & no major issues found, Report says, I have 6 follicles in left ovary and 6-7 in right one (which according to doctor is on border line and we should hurry)

Anti Mullerian Hormone - AMH indicates the chances of a woman getting pregnant. Since the result of the test in you is on the lower side the chances of you getting pregnant are less. Since follicular study showed a few follicles present in the ovary, it is advisable to go for assisted reproductive technique as early as possible.

I would not recommend to waste cycles or ovums waiting for natural conception. A regular follicular study with an timely HCG injection to cause ovulation and timely intercourse of insemination will surely increase the chances of getting pregnant.
