Detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Jai9 nayak,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Benzocaine liquid in latex condom can not come out out of the condom (unless it's torn)to affect sperm motility.
But the latex /polyurithane condoms themselves are known to hamper sperm motility . In dry vagina..it's more evident & thus hamper conception.
So if you are trying for a baby..don't use condom..even before sex. vaginal lubricants are also known to decrease sperm motility.
I would suggest to use fertility friendly lubricant .These facilitate sperm motility by lubricating the passage..(like Conceive plus).
I would suggest to discuss the thing to her gynecologist &choose a suitable brand for her specific use.
I hope that helps. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
'Conceive plus'..should be started after advise of your wife's gynecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi jay91 nayak,
Thanks for the follow up query.
I know of a sperm friendly fertility lubricant 'Conceive plus'.
It comes in gel form...so it mixes with semen in few seconds & so does not decrease sperm motility.
On the other hand it's moisture content helps the movement & viability of sperm...this is how , it offers more chance of conception.
I had already mentioned the name in previous answer...I still insist to discuss the thing with your wife's gynecologist ..to have a more personal&specific advise.
I hope that answers your query.
Any follow up query is welcome!
Thanks.
