Question: Was wondering if u can interpret my Ct Had a fusion of 1st and 2nd tmt joints XXXXXXX 2021. Been having ongoing pain ever since, Wondering if u can explain findings to me and what next step would be. I am a nurse and have been out on disability as my original injury wasn't work related so my work didn't have to accommodate light duty. My disability ends in October and I would like to get my foot fixed and be able to get back to work.
I’m Also goin to submit my mri prior to surgery.

I have gone through the details. Pre op details are missing.
As Per the reports , The operation to fuse the tarso -metatarsal joint - 1st and 2nd was successful resulting in bony ankylosis of the operated area. It means that there can be no movement between these bones ( probably you had Lisfranc's fracture dislocation.) So pain is unlikely to be because of this surgery.
For any further discussion, please send pre op MRI Report and details of your pain like when , where and how severe is the pain.

It says no bony bridging in 1st tmt of the periphery and mild partial bridging in the central area. So from my understanding that’s not completely fused and it’s been 10 months
