Brief Answer:
please dont worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Please dont worry , it is not likely that the tablet may have gone up , rather there must have been some reflux , especially if you would have taken a deep breath while swallowing the tablet or taken the tablet too fast.

The feeling that you are getting must be due to a swelling behind the nose due to the reflux and will settle down in 1-2 days , you dont have to worry.

Tylenol is a very safe drug is not likely to cause any reaction or toxicity.

Rest assured!

Take care!
