I would require more details such as age/gender
1.any co morbid conditions ?
2.on any medications at present?
3. since when do you have the symptoms ? any fever? any outside food consumption?
4. how many episodes of loose stools
5. Any h/o allergies?
Until then you could take tablet sporilac DS once a day for 5 days along with ORS drink to help with the tiredness.
