Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Folic acid, zinc and selenium are present is any multivitamin supplement like centrum. This supplement is widely available.

There are other suggestions for increasing the count, these include: eliminating use of cigarettes and alcohol if these are used , alcohol tends to suppress sperm production because it increases estrogen

Decrease heat exposure. This mostly pertains to persons who use hot tubs and saunas

Use high amounts of vitamin c

Treat any infections that may be present and affecting sperm production

The presence of any structural abnormalities can decrease sperm count , for example varicocele. You may want to consider being examined by your doctor to determine this is not present. It is treated surgically.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

As mentioned , any multivitamin such as CENTRUM would contain those vitamins and minerals. CENTRUM is available world wide.
IF it is not in your area, you can use another MULTIVITAMIN because most would contain the substances that you mentioned.

Wish you the best

Zinc and selenium are present in milk, peanuts, liver, tuna, lamb, dark chocolate.

folic acid would be found in foods such as dark XXXXXXX leafy vegetables such as spinach. It is also found in (1) broccoli, (2) citrus fruits such as oranges, papaya, grapefruits, strawberries (3) beans, peas and lentils (4) avocado pear (5)okra (6) brussel sprout (7) cauliflower

The citrus fruits would also contain vitamin c which would also be beneficial.
