Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I am not a nutritionist, I'm a family practice physician, but I can tell you these general rules about supplements and pregnancy:

1. If it's a vitamin or mineral, it's generally ok to take it as long as the amount doesn't exceed what is generally allowable for pregnancy. For example, for years I took 2000mg of Vitamin C but once I was pregnant, I slowly tapered down on the dose. Part of the reason was to prevent my baby from developing a Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) deficiency after birth, because her body would be used to the presence of a high dose, but wouldn't be receiving as much in breast milk. So compare the dosage for the vitamins (B6, B12) and mineral (selenium, copper, zinc) that are in the product with this guide: http://americanpregnancy.org/pregnancy-health/prenatal-vitamin-limits/
You will need to copy and paste the link into your search bar to see it (it won't automatically link).

2. The second general rule is that most supplements that aren't vitamins and minerals generally haven't been studied as to their effects in pregnancy. This has to do with the ethical issues around giving a woman a supplement and seeing what effect it has on her baby. You can try to do a google scholar search for the individual substances and pregnancy or pregnancy risks, but most of them are unlikely to have been studied.
Here is an article about this that might help: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC0000/

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can clarify or provide further information.
