Question: Took prune juice to clear hyperactive bowels. Since then appear to be constipated. Can I take a laxative tea to help or has my bowels been overworked to take the tea

I'm 44 and make
Been constipated for 3 days
I am able to pass gas. I do have to push it out a little, not strain.
It feels like left side of colon is somewhat clear and the right side dormant .

I'm also diabetic and I'm on
Metformin ( haven't taken since Monday)
Lisnopril
Lipitor ( haven't taken in a couple of days)
Hctz ( haven't taken in a couple of days)
Nexium ( temp for reflux, been on it for a couple of months)
