Brief Answer:
Probably muscle spasms due to overuse of the muscles.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to muscle spasms.

This can be caused by overuse of the muscles in your case.

Muscle spasms are very common in patients with cerebral palsy.

I recommend using muscle relaxants such as Baclofen three times a day.

I also recommend using anti-inflammatory cream for local application such as Voltaren cream.

If the symptoms continue I also recommend stretching exercises and massage therapy.

The symptoms should be relieved in a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further
