Brief Answer:
Management of urticaria ( hives)

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It is looking like urticaria ( hives).
It is an allergic reaction which has multiple causes.
It can occur due to infections, food and drug allergies, thyroid disease, autoimmune and sometimes occurs without any cause.
It usually settles down in few days.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet ceteizine 10 mg once daily for 10 days.
It should resolve with this.
If it persists consult a doctor and get it evaluated.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
