Brief Answer:
Regarding excessive hair shedding

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Hair fall can be due to various causes, most commonly Telogen effluvium in young females. There may be preceding precipitating causes like a medical illness or surgery or extreme psychological stress, significant weight loss, nutritional causes like deficient iron stores, endocrinological causes like thyroid abnormalities.

PCOD can also be an important cause of excessive hair shedding in females. I suggest you screen for serum ferritin levels, thyroid hormonal levels, complete blood count, Vitamin B 12 levels, Vitamin D levels, and then follow up for correctional measures if found deranged.

You may use Folica hair tincture on your scalp every night for the time being.

Hope I have answered your query.
