Brief Answer:
Some investigations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Urologist. Common cause of blood in urine is Urinary Tract Infection or stone in the urinary tract.
Following information will be helpful:-
1. Any associated pain in the abdominal area or in the back.
2. Any pain or burning sensation while passing urine.
3. Menstural history.
I would suggest following investigations:-
1. Urine examination (Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Sensitivity).
2. Complete Blood Count (CBC)
3. Ultrasound of KUB region.
Your reply to the above queries and the reports of the investigations will help in planning your medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
