Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that taking into consideration your symptoms and your age group it’s important to get basic cardiac evaluation done to rule out any underlying Cardiac pathology such as reduced pumping capacity of the heart which is the most common cause of swelling in lower extremities at this age group.

So I would like to suggest you to kindly consult your primary physician and get an echocardiogram done to see the pumping capacity of your heart.

Kind Regards
