Brief Answer:
Malnutrition and anemia

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but your test results indicate malnutrition and inappropriate eating habits. You need to take vitamin d supplements 10,000 units per week along with iron supplements once daily for one month and then follow up on your test results.
Also you are in a prediabetic state which can be reversed by increasing body activity daily ( walking half an hour daily is very important) and by decreasing carbohydrate intake or replacing the intake of white flour ( bread, pasta, cakes , etc) to brown four and barn. prediabetic state usually develop into diabetes within one year if not reversed by changing your life style habits.
Another thing is that your cholesterol level along with HDL and non HDL lipoproteins are out of normal range. This is why I would recommend that you decease fried and oily food by healthier options and replace your regular palm or corn oil with olive oil. I hope you find this helpful. if you don’t have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.
