Thanks for writing to us.

Pain in the testicles with orange discoloration is suggestive of infection of the Genito Urinary Tract.

The likely possibilities are-

1) Infections of the prostate, bladder, or seminal vesicles.
2) Epididymitis, orchitis- Infection of testis or surrounding structures.
3) Gonorrheal infections.
4) Urethritis or prostatitis.

You need a physical examination and a comprehensive profile of investigations including semen examination, urine culture, PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) levels, STD (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) panel for gonorrhea, swab samples and a cystoscopy if needed to rule out any Urethritis.

First, you need to consult a doctor to confirm the diagnosis.

You may require to take a course of antibiotics. Refrain from sex until your infection is resolved.
You need to maintain good personal hygiene.

I hope my answer and recommendations are adequate and helpful.

I will be available for your further follow up queries if any.
