Brief Answer:
Enoxaparin can be taken either way- it is generally chemically stable

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service,

I read your query and here is my advice.

Enoxaparin is a chemically stable drug and it retains its medical effect in normal conditions, so it can be taken in your carry on or checked-in bag.

It is very likely it is allowed to be taken in your carry-on but it is best to confirm with your airline if they allow it to be taken in your carry on. Having it with you is safer, in case the checked-in bag arrives late or gets lost.

It is generally durable to normal traveling conditions but you may need to keep it in the original container (box) to avoid damage. Putting the original container (box) in a small cooler bag may add some extra protection, especially if you put it in your check-in bag.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
