There are several symptoms and signs which may be related to low protein levels. However, to prove this, you should check your albumines and proteins in blood.
Common sign is edema which is swelling of arms and legs.
Also, hair thinning may occu, loss of muscle mass, common infections, weakness and dizziness.
So if you have some of these it would be good to include more meat, eggs, milk products in your diet or check your blood proteins levels.
