Question: Suspected Diagnosis Leishmaniasis Disseminated fungal infection Coccidioidomycosis- Valley Fever Zygomycotic: Mucor, Entomopathogenic Amoeboid/Prion Microsporidia Cutaneous XXXXXXX Migraines Sporangium Myasis: Calliphora Tungiasis Body areas effected Top of feet Knees and just below knees Upper thigh on front of body Crease between buttock and upper thigh Flank skin Crease on back Upper arms Dorsal side of hands Face/neck Scalp Ears Mouth Skin Symptoms Started Painless Nodule on top of scalp first noticed in 2004 Wide-spread skin symptoms started Spring of 2018 Travel history Caribbean Bahamas: Exuma and Nassau – 2 weeks March 2013 Mexico Cancun – 2 weeks April 2014 Central XXXXXXX cruise – 10 days, February 2003 Panama Canal Belize Porto Rico Symptoms Open lesions – Slow healing. Vascular structure/ Capillaries changes General erythema Burning skin Periodic chewing sound from scalp Yellow tears/blister appearance on skin Hyperkeratosis – Bio film on top of skin covering dramatic changes under Projectile filaments – Feel pressure build, then a click or pop sound from item take-off or landing with extreme force. This seems to happen in extremes twice daily and is most proliferative in the evening. Filaments that land on my skin cause extreme reaction Filaments are all similar structure or parts of the larger structure, visually similar to keratin plugs and filamentous fungus. Pin pricks and feeling of wet/water Nerve pain in the areas of skin changes. Arthropod magnet – Example: In a room of hundreds a people a mosquito will pass by everyone and come directly to me. I know this sounds silly, but it has been observed on so many occasions that I have to consider it a clue. Intermittent cycles of Burning ears, Bright red ears, feeling that ears are being eaten. Swelling of ear cartilage. Recurring ear infections, bladder infections and eye infections. Foreign object feeling in eye. Cycles of discharge with blinking. Swollen eyelids. Feeling of cobwebs in eyes, ears and on face. Mouth: intermittent mouth pain, loss of teeth with no periodontal disease or bone loss. Chronic fatigue Reoccurring headaches Face flushing Daily fevers that fluctuate from 97.8 to 100.8
