I can understand your problem and situation.
In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done
1. CT thorax
2. Bronchoscopy and XXXXXXX (Bronchoalveolar lavage) analysis.
CT thorax is far superior then chest x ray in determining scar tissue in lung. It will also tell you about absence of active lesion in your lung.
Bronchoscopy and XXXXXXX analysis is more diagnostic in ruling out active TB infection or other lung infection.
If both of the above investigations are normal or negative for TB or other lung infection, then you can argue with airline authority about not having active, infectious disease. The lesions on chest x ray are just scar and not active.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
Don't worry, your problem will be solved.
