Brief Answer:
Quadriceps and Hamstring stretches

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Are you having weakness of both the lower limbs?

Are you able to move your toes and ankles?

MS is a progressive neurological disorder involving the brain and spinal cord.

The muscle weakness can be progressive and needs regular physiotherapy to prevent diminishing of muscle power and contracture due to disuse.

You can do quadriceps stretching exercises by getting your leg extended at the knee. Preform this exercise at 25 pulses for about 10 times a day, each session lasting for about 5 minutes. Also perform ankle pumping exercises by moving your ankles up and down about 25 times for a total of about 100 times a day. Also hamstring exercises need to be done on alternate days by squats.

Do daily walking or swimming for about 45 minutes. Avoid keeping much warm because increased temperatures can aggravate the symptoms. So, do keep cool often.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
