Brief Answer:
could be Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, calcaneal spur, or corn.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to health care magic,
it could be Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, calcaneal spur, or even an inflamed corn.
Please take Ibuprofen with Omeprazole at night along with the local treatment you are already taking for a week along with a cream containing Diclofenac. If it is something mild--like caused by change in foot wear, excessive standing, exercise etc. it will clear up.
Otherwise do show your doctor for an examination, x-ray, and proper management.
