Brief Answer:
Provide more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Neck pain with occipital region headache may be a manifestation of migraine headache or muscular pain.
Is there any fever, cough, swelling in neck, swallowing difficulty, weakness in limbs, urinary complains?
Is there any associated nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound?
You should take pain killers with muscle relaxants for a few days.
Provide more details.
