Question: We shall see if this is a good thread or not
I am off for a weekend with daughter and granddaughter. Got home and I'm sure it's all the anxiety I've got going on with work and run up north, but I found a sense of being short on air when I yelled to dog to get back in house.

It's very humid tonight with severe storms. With anxiety an issue will the humidity work negatively with my airways and the inflammation making it harder to breath?

No sorry. It's not continuous. It's only when I get to stressed. I still have an hour of drive time left. Have had to pull over and wait out severe thunderstorms and very high winds

I wish to use an analogy to verify a thought that is bouncing around in my head
If a person who works at a desk and slowly develops carpal tunnel, it will take some time and therapy to get the wrist to go back to normal nit will also have sensations of pain that lessen as the time goes along.

Is this the way I will progress as I reduce the inflammation?

I have let my children use my house while I was gone. I return to find messes everywhere, projects galore. Tons of work. I started on a few and find that I feel slightly winded as I exert and am a bit uncomfortable. It lessens as I go along but I still have a feeling of breathing issue. Is this normal for me circumstances with extended period of anxiety.

I went to the basement to get laundry and bring it back up. As I was carrying the basket I was exerting some form of work and at the same time I was talking to someone upstairs I seemed to run out of air.

I am thinking it's just the side effect.

What's your piƱon

No I do not have carpal tunnel. But I did. It took time for the pain to go away.

I was looking for your thoughts on my lingering effects of inflammation. If it would have continuous sensations that would stay on but get less as time went on

i worked outside yesterday to clean up my garage I felt better but still had some breathing issues Is this normal.

I am in my own house that I will move back to up north. I will be here till tomorrow then go back to the home of anxiety

I spent the day putting it back in order moving things around then I took boxes to a storage unit and cleaned the two storage units I rent and combined into one. No need for two. Lots of lifting and moving and storing. I am assuming that the concerns for breathing along with the exertion triggered some added breathing. I climbed the ladder to put things up high. I had speaker cabinets to move inside. And I had an empty bedroom that I had been moving musician things into. So I cleaned it and reset it to store band things

Is that some normal reaction to have added breathing issues when you add exertion to body as its coming down. I did get a feeling at first of chest tight to inhale but as time continued it lessened but did not go away

I noticed or maybe failed to notice the intensity of my issues as I worked. Do you agree or feel that these will go away as I spend more active time and keeping my mind on the projects versus worry thoughts
