Brief Answer:
Require hospital setting, to be brought down slowly.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Blood pressure should not be reduced in a hurry. It should be always be lowered slowly in a controlled manner. Usually an infusion is necessary, to slowly bring it down.
2. If the blood pressure is brought down in a hurry, certain systems can undergo hypoperfusion and get damaged.
3. I am not sure about your blood pressure, but if it is high like 200/120, then it is required to be definitely reduced in hospital setting.
4. Nitroprusside or labetalol infusions can be used initially. Once it is brought down to lower levels, further reduction through oral clonidine or nifedipine or labetalol is done. Medication will be decided on renal, liver and cardiac factors too. Go to ER at once.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
