Question: Dear Doctor,

I want to loss my weight. I am 5 feet two inch and 60 kg weight. I want to loss my weight so I need some suggestion from you regarding my diet, exercise etc. Thanks in advance for your suggestion. I am 26 years old XXXXXXX origin.

Your weight is in the normal range but if you want to lose a few pounds that should be fine and could help you get more fit.
Exercise should be done daily and it can be walking, biking or swimming and should be for 30-60 minutes daily. This speeds up your metabolism and helps you burn calories
A diet with fresh fruits and vegetables is best. Limiting carbohydrate rich foods like sweets, breads, pasta, potatoes and rice will help you decrease your weight as well.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and taking a multivitamin daily
