Suggest Ways To Increase Sperm Count

Question: Sir

iam 32 yrs old, under medication to increase sperm count and motility.i was asked to take medication for 2 months.Now its approaching 30 days.I have not ejaculated since start of medication.
I will be doing the semen test again after the 2 months medication.
Now my doubts are

1) Will the test give a proper result since i have not ejaculated for 2 months.?
2)Will this gap of ejaculation effect the sperm quality ?
3)What is the maximum time gap with out ejaculation for the sperm to be in healthy condition?
4)Is there any pproblem if i ejaculate while under medication??

I understand your concerns about semen analysis.

Following is my reply:

1. Semen analysis should be done when you have not ejaculated minimum for 3 days and maximum for 10 days. You cannot give semen before 3 days or after 10 days gap.

2. Not ejaculating for 2 months will give wrong report.

3. You can ejaculate while under medication it won't harm sperms.

4. Gap between 3 to 10 days is best to test sperms.

Let me clarify little more
1) so did that mean, if we are trying for pregnancy, I must have ejaculated within 10 days prior to that..?

2) can't try for pregnancy if i have not ejaculated for 1 month right??

3)will foreplay or stimulation improve sperm quality in Any way?

4) any problem if I have watched porn prior having intercourse?..any effect?

No gap required while trying naturally

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. Gap of 3 to 10 days holds good for semen analysis only.

2. But no restrictions while trying for pregnancy. You can try with gap of any number of days. Only one sperm is required for pregnancy and you never know which that lucky sperm is.

3. Foreplay has no effect on semen or sperm.

4. Watching porn before sex does not harmful pregnancy chances. No harm.

Iam planning to do next semen analysis by 30 th of august...so, as u said I should have ejaculated last at least by 20th Aug in order to get an error free result.?

I should have ejaculated at least once with in 10 days prior giving test right?

Ejaculate by 24 th August so that you have about 6 to 7 days gap.

Two more things

1. As I said am under medication for 2 months for improving sperm count and motility..
so is this improvement a temporary one becos of the medicines or the good quality will be maintained throughout even if I stop medication.

2.just to confirm...do the sexual orgasm and feeling have any effect on chances of getting pregnant...?
