Brief Answer:
Common dairy products hardly have any lactoferrin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for the query.
The first milk produced after delivery has the highest content of lactoferrin and is present only in minute quantities in other body fluids.
The regular milk products do not contain significant amounts.
Most of the Lactoferrin available is produced from specially engineered rice.
