Brief Answer:
NO!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your rash and it s not suggestive of a possible HIV infection. This represent an infection of a hair follicle and most often cause by a bacteria. Applying a warm towel to it will allow for the content to be expelled and that will be it. There is no need for an antibiotic at this time.

I hope this addresses your worry fully. If I may ask, what prompted you to do an HIV test? Let me hear from you on this at your earliest convenience.

well in early september I received unprotected oral sex from someone that I have known for quite sometime, I just don't know is Hiv status, I also had protecetd sex with the same said person, but it was quite dark and I am worried that something might had happen to the condom, as he said it was too small for him.. he didn't reach climax, I am the only one who did.

Hi,

With unprotected sexual encounter, there is always a risk but your rash isn’t suggestive of that. since September, any test would be able to provide a definitive result that can be well interpreted and trusted.

Let me know how the results go.
