Brief Answer:
Calcium, vitamin D and Zinc supplementation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The nails and adjoining areas need to be examined for any signs of a fungal infection or nutritional deficiency or a systemic disease. Calcium, vitamin D and Zinc supplementation should be done if deficiency is suspected. Footwear should be soft and easy. Blood counts, ESR, metabolic panel can also be done to rule out other associated causes. You may discuss these options with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
