Question: sir i am 25 yr old boy and my weight is nearly 56 kg i have very slim body respect to my hight 173 cm i have a bad habbit of excessive masturbation since 8 yr i feel sick and weakness pls suggest some medicine to regain health and get rid of masturbation..

After reading your post,I would like to say that masturbation is completely normal when it is done in privacy without hurting genitals.

It is just like 'self sex' and has nothing to do with good/bad health and which never causes sickness/weakness in the body.

Also,masturbation is a safe way of expressing ones own sexual desires and there is no problem (even low weight) associated with it.

To avoid excessive masturbation, you should pay your more attention towards your study or job whatever you are doing. Also avoid watching/surfing porn stuff on internet which could be triggering/stimulating factor for excessive masturbation.

But remove from your mind that excessive masturbation may cause you sick or weak,it has nothing to do with masturbation.

Here your body mass index (BMI) is around 18.71 (considering your height 173 cm and weight 56 kg) which is NOT less than 18.5 (normal BMI range is from 18.5-24.9 kg/m) , means you are NOT underweight.

However,if you want to put on some weight, you may need to consume more calories every day from healthy foods and choose the right type of exercises.

You can have below mentioned diet to gain some weight.

1) Eat high calorie, high protein diet. Do not increase the intake of junk foods and greasy foods.

2) Eat healthy fats like omega-3 essential fatty acids sources like walnuts.

3) Eat good protein rich foods like lean meats, fish, poultry, egg white nuts, seeds, pulses and legumes.

4) Eat healthy carbohydrates like fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

6) Drink a lot of fluids that supply nutrients and calories like milk, fresh fruit juice and energy drinks.

7) Drink at least 2 glasses of milk, replace tea with milk.

8) Have eggs for breakfast. Custard is good for putting on weight. Drink banana and sapota milkshakes.

Also,be aware that there is no specific medicine available in allopathy field for healthy weight gain and if someone claims it to be 'steroids' then I would not personally recommend to take them since they could be harmful to the human body.

The ideal, scientific and the safest way to increase your weight is by increasing the bulk/tone of muscles which will require extra proteins, additional supplements of vitamins, minerals and essential elements and adequate physical exercises/workout in the gym (like cycling, jogging etc) to build up the muscles' tone.

thank u sir fot valuable suggestions.. sir due to excess masturbation my face got some rashes scars and dull skin pores.. also have prblm of severe hair fall plz suggest something helpful

As I said earlier,masturbation is completely normal and it never causes sickness/weakness in the body.So,there is no need to worry about rashes/scars or dull skin over face and hair fall due to masturbation.

The reason could be something else but they are NOT due to masturbation.

For facial rashes/scars and dull skin pores,please provide me pictures to understand it better.

Hair fall could be related to multiple factors like diet, nutrition, hormones, stress or using cosmetic products.

1) Rule out anemia by doing complete blood counts and iron profile.
2) Vitamin D and B12 level should also be checked and thyroid profile to rule out hypothyroidism.

I would suggest you to take oral tablets containing 'Biotin and other essential vitamins (brand name: BTN forte) once daily for 3 to 6 months which will prevent further hair fall.

Use of shampoo and conditioner on regular basis and use of coconut oil to the hair.

Avoid combing in wet hair or dry them with towel and then do combing.

Avoid blow dryers and hair color or dyes if you use them.

Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and remain stress free.

I have reviewed all the pictures and which are mostly blur,so please send some good quality pictures of your rashes over face.

For hair fall prevention,I would suggest you to continue taking biotin once daily for at least 2 to 3 months to get the desired effect with other precautions as mentioned earlier.
