Stress can occur due to a number of reasons and this can be dealt with change in lifestyle and behavioural modification. I would advise following life style changes to you-

- First thing that should kept in mind to reduce stress is "eat healthy". Increase the protein and complex carbs in diet and reduce saturated fat intake. This will increase serotonin neuro transmission in brain and will reduce stress.

- Omega 3 Fatty Acids are known to reduce stress and improve functioning. Start taking diets rich in these fatty acids. Flex seeds, walnuts, hazelnut, salmon fish etc are rich sources of these fatty acids. Alternatively you can take supplements containing Omega Fatty Acids.

- Increase diets containing B12 vitamin. Low vitamin B12 is invariably associated with stress. Increase animal food intake in diet like milk, cheese, curd etc. Vitamin B12 supplements can also be used.

- Second important thing is to "sleep healthy". Sleep for at least 7 hours a day. Good refreshing sleep reduce stress.

- Exercise daily for at least 1 hours. Daily exercise helps to secrete endorphins and this result in reduction of stress and reduce anxiety.

- Relaxation exercises like Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercises, Breathing Exercises both are advised to patients with stress. These are known to reduce anxiety. For details you can take help of YouTube for details of these methods. Behaviour therapy also uses relaxation exercises to reduce stress.
