Question: my over all approach towards everything is very negative ... not able to given 100% at work , home , relationship.. have a tendency of being extremely lazy in terms of driving work or physical fitness ...
also is being starved for sex for more than 3 years due to unhealthy marriage relation .. causing immediate anger and frustrations and mood swings on daily basis

4. Reading, riding, gardening, listening to music or developing any hobbies can help you to de-stress by taking your mind off everyday life.
5. Having supportive friends who are willing to listen to you is essential.
6. Believe and pray to god regularly.
7. Take adequate sleep and diet. Green vegetables and fruits are natural mood enhancers.
8. Venting out the sexual emotions is also important. You can engage in masturbation occasionally.
9. Supplements containing omega-3 fatty acids also help to lift mood.
10. Avoid alcohol and smoking.
11. Do not isolate yourself. Do not raise your expectations from people. Be expressive.
