Suggest Ways To Control Hypertension In An Elderly Person
Question: Hello! I am 51 years old and have newly diagnosed HTN. Oddly my BP ranges from the mid 120's to the high 180's Systolic and 60-low 100's Diastolic. I sweat at night in the sternal area. When the pressure rises I get a headache. With exertion, I get syncopal. I work as an RNFA and passed out scrubbed. I am out of work to sort this out and get things under control. We have a strong FHX of strokes at my age even in thin people.

- Holter monitoring
