Brief Answer:
Add exercise to this!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about the difficulties you have getting you diabetes well controlled. I will recommend that you add exercise to this treatment plan. Readings at 145 are satisfactory but ideally, we strive for readings lower than 140mg in the early hours of the morning. The best way to know how well you are doing is to measure A1c value. If you have measured this, please report the value to me. If not, I recommend you get it done.

For exercise, we recommend a minimum of 45minutes on most days of the week. This helps in achieving and maintaining adequate glucose levels.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Thanks, too!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the followup.

Keep me posted as you add exercise to your treatment plan. You need to do a better job getting your A1c to values below 7. You can get there with some more work.

I wish you well on this journey!.
